nice logic,.... maybe we should just kill every single animal except us so we have even more room to just lay on our fat a$$es. People pay you to take care of their kids?

Many of you do not realize it is anti-capitalists that are behind many of these endangered species ploys. Yes, there are animals that are endangered, but many are closet wacko anti-capitalists that will do anything to hurt our way of life. I am not sure what the circumstances are around this species. Are they being hunted to extinction, is it pesticides from the terrible farmers who put food on our plates, is it a small subspecies of a much larger species, what is the scoop?

People always seem to forget that there are more species that have been extincted then exist today. And that was even before us humans "messed" things up.

Its just natures way. Sad, but true.

I don't think it is us 'bowing' to them, people in general realize we have messed up a lot of things on this planet and when we can fix something or make 1 thing better we try. There are always those people who feel it is not worth their inconvenience but if those people opened their eyes they might be able to see a way to benefit from this. The beach is still there and people can swim or surf but now there is a new attraction they could advertise. Perhaps something like 'Come to Dennis to see the rare Plover nesting and making a comeback from the edge of extinction.' The Cape might get a different group of birdloving tourists and be just as well-off income wise. Just a thought, I see no need to look at helping these birds as a negative thing.

Sorry logic IMO.
My brother lives in Dennis so I'm sure he's happy. At least now it won't be an hours drive through vacation traffic go the 7 miles to his store.

Yeah without those vacationers or retiree's bozo there would be no cape.
BTW I have a house in Yarmouth.
He can learn the back roads. I did & don't even live there.
