I thought this was funny. I mean, his name is "Grumpy", its kinda self explanitory! ;)
 
By the way guys. I forgot to get back to all that helped and let you all know it wasn't the rear end at all. It was the downpipe that was hitting something. It sounded like it was coming from the back but it wasn't really. It has been adjusted now and all set. Thanks for all the help and suggestions.

My DP used to hit when i went in reverse. I thought of the rear 1st, than the U-joints and then finally found the DP was hitting, but only in reverse when the motor was torqueing the other direction.
