Silicone hose fitment.

Hi, new owner here. Recently purchased a silicone hose kit for the turbo, intercooler and maf pipe.
2" turbo to intercooler fit perfect. 2.5" from intercooler to uppipe fit perfect.

The 2.5" from the up pipe to the throttle body doesn't seem to want to go on the other end of the pipe or the throttle body. The top of the pipe seems to have a little bit bigger lip on it than the bottom. Is there any trick to stretching these hoses? It's really close on the throttle body, less on the uppipe.

I've included a pic of the throttle body as well. Any help or ideas are appreciated.

Unusually I.put coupling on tb first. If its tight I'll use a long thin lscrewdrive on inside to use as a guide and slide it over.
