Slow 3-4 shift.

Hi

I changed trans oil over the winter.Took car for
a ride today and the 3-4 shift real slow.Any ideas
what causes slow 3-4 shift.Thanks.

Is the level up to the middle of the back and forth bends on the dipstick?

Are you sure you didnt tear/leave off/etc the oring on the filter causing it to suck air?

What type fluid did yopu put back in?

TV cable adjusted right?

Fuild level is right.Used dex 3 oil.TV is right.Does the
4th gear pressure switch have anything to do with the
shift or is it just to send signal to ecm.Thanks.

4th Gear Pr. switch only sends signal to activate TCC Lockup after 4th Gear shift.

Try shifting manually 3-4 several times at cruising speed and recheck TV cable adjustment.
