SM 2.1 problem, help please!!

Hello guys,
I have a SM 2.1 that I bought a few years back new and it worked fine up until now. Instead of showing the number "8" it will show "6" for all the LED's. It receives and shows data normally except for the fact that the common missing line for all the LED's never shows. Anyone know who can repair it and for how much??? Please let me know ASAP. I know that TurboBob repairs them but, he hasn't been around the board for a while now. I still tried sending him an email anyways with hopes that he gets it and can help me.
