Small wire on negative battery cable?

Putting motor back in care and didn't mark the small wire off of the negative cable. Big end is connected to block on turbo bracket. Where does the small one go?

Fender, should be a hole that that wire will reach. Uses a sheet metal screw I think.

second blown head gasket. Why you keep blowing head gaskets?

First headgasket happened going down the track and the power to my alky went out. Second one (a year later). Had no problems at track, but it looked rich so I leaned it a little and got on it getting on the interstate, had a few backfires and my temp started going up. I now have a wideband and hopefully will get it tuned more accurately.
I put my negative cable on backwards, that's why I could figure out the short wire.

The WB is the way to go for sure.
