SMC old style question

As with most of my stuff I bought a system from someone off the boards and installed it. It seems to run ok, but the psi it comes on at doesn't seem to change at all when i mess with the knob.

Its been awhile since I've played with it, but IIRC it comes on at a really low PSI no matter what I do with the knob.

Also does anyone know if these old style systems can be upgraded to a progressive controller?

Old SMC alky kit

Sounds like something in the controllers bad. Trying to get replacement parts for these is slim to none. I just tried to get a pump for mine from SMC. I was told I should just upgrade to a new style one.

i have an old style smc controller in working condition. My pump siezed so the controller is available

I used a pump from an 89 Dodge Acclaim same pump but you have to change the fittings its like building a ship in a bottle
