Many thanks for the alert, Lou. It's not that I don't love the CHP, BAR, & the Air Quality Board but I would rather not meet them in the performance of their duties. That's very interesting that you heard that Lou, because they generally do set up a vehicle inspection point right off of Del Amo Blvd in Paramount or Lakewood Blvds. I have noticed that the CHP & LASD have been very busy on Alameda Blvd. just north of the 405.
They generally hit Alameda Blvd for a truck check point.

I might be the 1st driver in history to be shot by firing squad for refusing to volunteer for the "friendly voluntary roadside smog check".
I have my cars smog checked every 2 years and that is enough for me.
