Smoke Screen

I was looking for ideas on what could be the cause of my smoke screen behind my Buick when I floor it. The motor doesn't smoke on start up or anything, just when it's wide open under boost. Could it be signs of the seals in the turbo failing? I'm new to boosted cars so any ideas would be helpful before I start throwing money at it.

Could be rich, or turbo seals. How bad does it smoke, turbo cars normally smoke a little at WOT.

It's bluish smoke, looks pretty much like oil. The previous owner removed the PCV from the motor and replaced it with regular breathers so it can't be coming from there. So I think it could be the turbo seals. Are the seals easy to replace or would they have to be sent off for a rebuild?
