Smoking...HELP

My car is running fine and pulls very hard. BUT it smokes like a freight train after i get on it and let off....doesnt smoke at all when im in it..any ideas??

white smoke?.....coolant level good?

Might be a leaky valve cover gasket or oil pump. When you get on it hard, it'll leak oil on the cross-over tube. When not at full throttle it isn't hot enough to cause smoke. Or enough oil flow to drip out of the valve cover, or even the back of the intake manifold. Look for leaks. VERY common.

no its def. coming from the exhaust. i dunno maybe valve seals or turbo seal?
anyway to tell?
