Smoking like a beotch

i just put on a new rebuilt turbo, now the car is smoking like crazy,
i took off the down pipe, and it is full of oil,
did i do something wrong ?? is the seal messed up ?
any thoughts?

i'd say bad oil seal on the exhaust side of the turbo

It is oil (wet and dripping) or soot?
Just wondering. Who rebuild the turbo?
