Smoking...

Started the buick for the first time in a while and after running it I noticed it blowing smoke when it boosted up. After turning ignition off it trickled smoke out the exhaust pipe for a few minutes... Would this be normal for not running car for several months or possibly bad turbo seal..

I'm not sure about a TB but I've had cars that sat for a couple years(I know not months)and they smoked. After about 20 minutes it subsided and then got burnt away as I'm guessing oil seeped into various places. I don't know why it would if there is no oil circulating in a sitting car but thats my story and I'm stickin to it.
