Do I get the harland sharp roller rocker setup, TA roller rockers, or just upgrade the shafts to the beefier TA heavy duty shafts? I don't want to pull the heads (have studs and A/C) in order to "machine" the bosses. 210/210 110 billet hyd roller cam with Comp 941 springs.

Good news is I didn't break anything too bad other than this:

I had the same issue years back running the 941 springs and solved it by making my own rocker shaft support caps they kinda looked like baby main bearing caps. RJC racing sells these now, this with new heavy duty replacement shafts will take care of it. Also follow the torrque spec for this, over torquing aggravates this problem.

Been there done that!!5 times :eek:TA rocker shafts, TA stud kit, new Buttons, RJC braces, I was still snapping them with the Braces.

What cam/springs/rpm were you running? Installed height wrong on the springs? Binding?

RR's are not cheap but if ya reduce the sticker price by the amount needed to fix the current problem, it seems to take the bite out of the cost of RR's.

Yeah, I'm good at spending others $ - LOL
