And sez, "there's a car on fire out in the street in front of the house."

So I got up , got my flashlight and headed out to see what was going on.

Sure enough, it was flamin. So I went back in while the wife called 911. The operator told her a unit had been dispatched so I snapped some pix.

This might have contributed to it.

I felt bad for the guy. Just a reminder, you don't need a fire extinguisher until you NEED a fire extinguisher.

There's a woman that parks her car near mine at my work. My co-workers and I have noticed a smell of gas from it for a while. I happened to see her the other day and told her she was leaking fuel. She just shrugged it off and was smoking near it to boot. I expect to see the car on fire some day soon. Hope my car is far enough away.

Spontneous combustion caused by the friction of the insurance and loan payents??????

not sure what to see in the 2nd picture that contributed to it?

I thought it was a trail of gas, but if the fire was at night and the pic was in the am I guess most the gas would have evaporated by then

Was that a Z32? Those have fuel dampners that are known to go bad and leak. Usually it is just a minor leak and evaporates immediately so it is hard to trace.
