So no Turbostitches at Norwalk?

I just found out Turbostitches (Lisa) is not coming to Norwalk because she's not allowed to sell her shirts there? Somebody please let me know if I'm wrong. She's one of the only vendors that shows up.

According to @sackracing post in the thread about Norwalk, he lists them as a vendor. So I assume they are coming unless something has changed. I know @gbsean may have more info?

I also saw theres a 60% chance of rain Saturday, and 50% on sunday... hopefully this is wrong...
