soft 2nd gear shift

in my 87 grand national i had the trans built about 2 years ago, and it shifted hard into all the gears. but as of recently it has been shifting realy soft from 1st to 2nd but the 2-3 and 3-4 shift are still really firm. do you think it could be the servo? it it the stock one. or does anyone have a clutch and band chart for a 200r4?

You may have a broken anchor pin or the band maybe broken or cracked at the anchor pin or where the servo pin contacts it.

i have a kevlar band and a billet anchor pin

I didn't have much luck with a Kevlar band in one of my builds. I'm using the Alto red wide now, so far so good.
