softer ride

I am more into comfort now a days. My car has a rather stiff suspension and it has served me well. I am reaching out to get some advice on softening the suspension. What springs and shocks will work. TiA Jim

The question is what do you have in it now? Stock was always fairly soft so just replacing the springs might be the place to start.

New stock springs does sound appetizing.

A few things that would stiffen the ride would be Polly bushings, Bilstein shocks, cross bracing and performance rear upper control arms.

I had GN that was at around 150 K miles. Replaced the stock springs with variable rate springs. Huge improvement in ride quality.
