some ignition help please?

Hey guys need some input, trying to fire the 86 t type for the first time and wheb i dobit doesnt click, turnover or anything. Car had sat for 7 or so years. Everything else seems to work fine, lights, etc. Where would yall start?

Fusible links?
Any security systems?

Battery is good and dont believe so on a fusible link. Does have an older alarm system on it. Called previous owner and he said there should be nothing special to do to turn it over

does the dome light come on and all the dash lights light up when you turn the key on?
