just like the lions and other predators they thin the herd. look for the weakest one and take them out. this guy must have been the weakest link. proves it doesn't matter how much money you have, if your an idiot then you'll do foolish things and then you come up missing. i'm sure they are in some shack tied up with some somalian types with AK47's and will be freed after paying a ransom.

I think it's more likely they are fish food now. But if they have money then ransom is surely a viable option.

Most of those pirates are just a bounch of animals and probably just shot em and dumped them over board.
