Turbo Hot Street has been run at six races since its inception in July/ August 2009.

There have been twenty eight different competitors in the class in this time.

There have been three, 8-car fields.

There have been five different runners-up and three different winners.

The average 1/8 mile ET for the finals is 6.78.

The average 1/4 mile qualifying ET is 11.83.

The average 1/4 mile ET for the finals is 10.74.

By race this breaks down like this:

2009 BPG average qualifying ET 12.54
2009 MWBC avg. qualifying ET 11.71
2010 TBNats avg. qualifying ET (1/8 mile) 7.36
2010 Norwalk avg. qualifying ET 11.38
2010 Columbus avg. qualifying ET 11.59

Data was incomplete for qualifying at the 2010 Bunker Hill event. (I guess I could track down the last National Dragster...)

Good stuff! Goes to show that there is finally a heads up class that someone with a high 11 second car (like myself) can have fun in:)
