i bought a new TCI trans w a 3000 stall converter a while back i finally have the car running well enough to take it around the block but it wont shift from 2nd to 3rd im 99% sure i set the TV CABLE right, any ideas? i really hope i didnt ruin the trans ive spent a lot of $$$ already on the car.

Have you checked the fluid level? Set the TV with the throttle lever?
How fast did you achieve on your around the block run?
