now i see the clocked turbo" + intercooler piping.. but i dont see any forced induction happening here? please help me im puzzled?

ah. the crook that sold me my car. yeah.. it looks like he looped the IC into the intake track.

The tubing that goes over to the driver side is routed under the intake tubing and there is an elbow back where the factory inlet on the intake originally is. Lots of people route theirs like this with certain systems.
