Song identification

I heard this song on the radio coming back from bowling green KY this past weekend.
It sounded like Sammy Hagar but I went through all his songs and didn't find it.

It had something in the lyrics about taking a turn on 2 wheels. And then taking the checkered flag.


Any ideas?

I was listening to xm about a month ago and they were talking about hagar and joe satriani doing something together. They did play one song with hagar singing but i did not get to hear the whole song. just googled it and they are getting together with van halen bass player.Now im excited. That is going to be a good combo
