spark gap with e85?

how much gap are you guys running? I seem to be snuffing the spark out ? gap is at 27 thou and only running 17lbs so far.

I use Ngk r5971a-9 plugs with my gn1's. Maybe try those. You can get them at advanced auto or oreilys. Sometimes you got to.make the person behind the computer actually go back to the Ngk plug section and locate them because it doesn't come up under 87 regal lol

They use a washer. I never used a tapered plug in my heads. Mine are 5 years old. Maybe they changed them?

mine are alittle older the paper work with them said to use 103's I was never a fan of taper seats on alum heads anyway

I run 11.0:1 on the gas scale. Older gen7 dfi doesn't display lambda or e85 ratios so that's what I am stuck going by.

Mine is set up like that 7.8 to 8.0 targer AFR at WOT
My gap is at .30 stock coils and have not had problems blowing out spark,maybe go ! heat range warmer with the plugs
I too run autolite plugs....ill run out later to see if i can get the number for you but i think they are 104's

Yup still on 83's and i am all out of fuel system @18lbs Oh well still went 121mph in 1/4 ...plenty left in it im sure it will be easy 10's once i can keep the motor fed...
