Spark plug help?

I am doing the spring cleaning on my car for the first time and I get to the spark plugs and find that the previous owner installed Bosch HR9BP plugs gaped at .50 . So here is my question would this have caused my lean condition with with scan master readings mainly BL 145? All stock car.Here are the scanmaster readings also. I can not run the car with the new plugs AC cr43ts @ .35 because I have the pan down for a rear oil seal change and have not got the gasket yet.

I think you will see an improvement with the 43s... I gap them at a tight .32

Changed spark plugs, no change blm still high 140. checking for vac leaks and changing fuel filter next.

check your fuel pressure if you can.
