Spark Plug Question

GNttype.org says to use cr43ts plugs for stock, cr42ts for high boost applications. Went to the ac delco dealer and he said those numbers have been changed and the stock plug is now r44ts. So should I use the r43ts or r42ts for higher boost applications?

The DELCO guy is incorrect on the number change The numbers did not change. They are 2 different plugs.
The CR is a commercial plug and the R is the standard version.
The Cr has a heavier electrode in it.
