spark plug wire lengths?

will 86/87 spark plug wires work on the 84/85s ? im talking about length wise will they work and reach on the 84/85s?

I have used a set of 87 wires on my hot air and they did fit. They were used and after market though. Why not just buy 84/85 wires? Brad

Thanx brad well I found some Holley annihilator wires pretty cheap so I'm thinking bout trying them out and I'm pretty sure they are coming off an 87 so I just wanted to make sure of fitment before committing to buying

you can buy a good set of universal fit wires fairly cheaply and use them.. i'd suggest going with 135 degree boots on the plug end for a cleaner install than the stock straight boots.
