Spearco Blow off

Do you need to put a blowoff valve on this kit and will it help the turbo, will it help it live longer? If so what brand valve will be good to buy.

You only need it if the throttlebody is moved to the pressure side. Even then it's not necessary but not a bad idea. For what it's worth, I run one with my front mount because hotairs have a lot of plumbing and my intercooler is pretty big.
