You can get a non turbo PC film and cut out the area where the tach/boost gauge goes with scissors

So you're looking for the flex PC board behind the cluster? Those are not available any longer. Possibly yours can be repaired.

How bad is it?

Put new light in water temp socket when I reinstalled it smoked now it does not work all other lights besides it and oil light work this is the left side idiot lights putting gauges in anyway but I like everything to work
