splashed methonol on inner fender-spots

any way to remove white spots of meth that splashed during fill up of my alky?? any special cleaners available?

Some windex and rubbin the hell out of it will make it go away. I learned real quick! I keep a few rags around when I'm filling the tank and lay them all around the bottle. That stuff splashes on anything and it makes a mess!

We could actually turn this into a learning thread. Anyone using methanol has done that at least once. I purchased a larger funnel with a screen in it to help the splashing effect and to catch any particles that could possibly make it into the tank.

You do not want it splashing on anything metal. It will corrode it.
