I prefer to sell locally because it is so large and heavy. I purchased this rear sway bar last summer and used it on my 86 GN for 1 year/300 miles, it is too much bar for my street car, I am more interested in handling than drag racing. I will trade for a Spohn Pro Touring rear sway bar of equal condition. I will post pics later today (color is black), the bar and all parts are in perfect/like new condition, comes with all instructions.
$325.00

Still have it?

Ok thanks man, I've been thinking about these instead but i haven't seen anyone on here use them ....

I would not use those on a GN without some Re Enforcing of the upper control arm Mounts I had them on a 70 Chevlle they work great but Pulled the upper mounts right out of the car on a really had launch on slicks was not pretty at all!they did good for about a year with Street tires and it hooked ok but nothing like these big Sway bars do ;) Just my thoughts any way.

So the sway bars really work well huh?

Yes have on on my T with 28/10 Slicks the thing hooks like mad even hooked way better with the Drag Radials I just took off of it. Before it had south sides and ATR Fat bar and air bags and would just back the tires. With boxed lower arms and this bar it spun the drag radials till they got warm then hooked. Now it hooks in about 20 feet with 5psi launch cold tires :)

I'm also going to get these ..... http://www.baselinesuspensions.com/kits/chevy.htm

I have one of these bars. its basically an HR bar with better hardware IMO and no HR sticker. Works VERY well.

which, the spohn that hemi8 was selling? Im debating on which one to go with myself
Yes I just got it yesterday , it's high end stuff by Spohn! The HR bar it a little lighter because it's a tube and not a solid bar but it's $509.00 as apposed to the Spohn bar at a discounted $339.00
I still want these http://www.baselinesuspensions.com/kits/chevy.htm since I already have boxed metro lower control arms.

Figures....damn it man!

I must say this thing really works!!! Handles way better than before and tracts strait too!. My ETs dropped 4 tenths on the very same "Street" tire i was using without the bar and with air bags!. Stiffer too the car almost feels like a little car now. I noticed im able to use a bit more boost off the line also on the street. havent done any real track testing yet but my G tech shows a huge improvement in ET. Very Happy!!
