those things are all over the place here, i was at a light next to one in my gn, thinking ahhh maybe, just maybe but his buddy lower'd the window and shook his head saying no,no,no were not dumb, we laughed and i did tell him his car looked great and i loved the color....Black.:biggrin:

I'm not a Dodge fan but Kudos to Dodge for the excellent retro look. :wink: I would almost buy one. Unfortunately it appears they are underpowered right out of the gate. The Camaro will have 420-430HP?

If only GM would rotate their engineers they might have a Camaro that looks a little less like a Cadillac! It all started with that god awful Pontiac Aztec. Then came the 1st generation Avalanche. Yuck!

Just imagine what the GN might look like with a Cadillac-ish front end

425 HP for the SRT8, I think the Regular Hemi is around 375, which is just like the good old days with a 426 Hemi and a 440.

They appear to respond to mods. A K&N Filter supposedly will give it 20 HP.

The manual SRT8's that will be out next month should run 12's from the factory with only a K&N.

yea, when i put the diablo in i switched to a 160 stat and it kept throwen a code. i miss the srt but i sold it and bought my f250 which i got chipped and bought the gn to play with...

I looked at one setup at one of our local malls. It was there yesterday...where it will stay for some time, priced at $55K.

I saw one out on the streets this weekend. I've seen them sitting on the lot but a Black one chased me down the main drag and I followed it into the grocery store parking lot. Oh I was in the Roadmaster so no funny stories to tell. But I did noticed that black wasn't very flattering towards the body lines of it. While it was showing me it's taillights I couldn't help but think that the sill of the trunk lid was high, really high. The back end look as ugly as one of those weeny cars. It looked like Dodge hung some long taillamps onto a Yaris,Echo,Fit. So I'm thinking this is one tall car. I had to chase the guy until he stopped just so I could confirm my suspicions. Yep. The roofline was at about even with my Roadmaster. Maybe the Challenger was tad taller. This car looked like a 4WD truck when parked in a sea of econo boxes and luxury sedans. I hated the 300,Magnum and Charger because of the small windows and high belt line. I guess the styling dept had to make the Challenger look the same. I can hardly wait for the Camaro just to see how tall it sits.
