Due to the increased interest in sims here are some valve train weights for some calcs:

Stage 2 ss intake valve 2.02 142 grams, ti 88 grams
ss exhaust valve 1.6 128 grams
3/8 .120 chrome moly .120 thick pushrod 128 grams
1.5" dual spring 160 grams
1.5 " Ti retainer and locks combined 35 grams
.842 crower roller lifters each 125 grams
