Chapman Heads, huh?

Must be some sort of an "off" brand, I suspect........ :p

Anyone who knows Stage II heads knows the name Chapman. Their heads are prob the best ported out there. I have a few sets and they are amazing.

Those you have are super nice. What is the Chapman number on the ends?

Very nice looking parts!

The Chapman number is CRH1790 and thanks for the compliment on the parts. Chapman did a fantastic porting job and Ken Duttweiler as you know is meticulous with his work as well.

The higher the number the more recent the work (and the research). They got better and better as they progressed and flowed them after experimentation. I have an early set #1257 and a later set #1769.

Yours should about perfect by now! Also, you can tell yours have not been milled to death. This little pocket in the below pic usually gets shallow or disappears when guys surface them too much. Yours look near new!

I'm thinking the humor was perhaps glossed over.........

So sorry.........

That is some seriously nice work.......

$2900- in total delivery included via UPS to you if that will seal the deal. Thanks for your interest in the parts

Not bad....I'm still deciding if I want to start acquiring stage 2 parts or lsx parts for my next project car. I will let you know good sir :) It truly is a ruff decision

Just Remember this stuff needs 4500 MIN RPM and BOOST to work, I;m still on the S2 head learning curve. Very nice heads IMHO.

Norbs, have you run stage heads on the street? You make it sound like they would not be useable on a hot street setup, unless you ran a ridiculous converter. I have not, but that discussion has been talked about at length before, and I have a few friends that have run them and they were just fine, even on the street. One local guys car was a killer, and on 10 psi. Yes, they are built to breathe. Yes, they love rpm, but it is not a "requirement".

Now, sorry to dirty up this FOR SALE thread with tech. If i didn't already have three sets and multiple intakes, I would be all over this sale. By far one of the nicest sets of heads and intake I have seen in years.

Well, It just could be my combo of 232 cu, It is lacking bottom end power, on a 4.1 it maybe a different story. Not trying to be negative towards the sale here in anyway, but this is my findings on a smaller motor.

You know Norbs I run these same Heads on the Street. Just crazy HP..Very nice Heads for sale. Love that Intake. Good luck with the sale. :)
