Stage II cheetah turbo????

Im looking at a car that the owner says has a Stage II cheetah turbo.
I've never heard of this before, does anyone know anything about these?
Are they any good? and what size would it be?

I ran one for a while 20+ years ago. They’re a little sluggish to spool but run better mph than a stock turbo or TA49.
It was a popular upgrade back in the 90’s when we had far less choices.
It’ll get you into the mid 11’s with the proper accompanying mods, but there are far better and more efficient options nowadays.
