Stage One Chip Question?

I found a stage one chip in my glove box on my GN and I put it in and my air/fuel guage went rich, can I just turn up my boost a little at a time until I get an accurate air/fuel reading? Or do other thing's have to be adjusted? I haven't had the car but about a week and I'm trying to be careful and ask as many question's as possible. The air/fuel guage is all the car has on it, other than a boost guage. Any help would be appreciated.

PS:Can I use 93 pump gas
with stage one chip?
