At this time, we have some "Stage Right" style trans brakes for sale.
These function by putting the car in 1st gear, building boost/rpm to the desired level, and moving the shifter forward to release. These are not electric brakes.
Included are the parts needed (2) and very detailed instructions. Also, a new shifter detent plate for your shifter gate will be included.

If you want one, please send me mail directly to: hipsibri@cs.com
Price is $135 shipped to your door. (price now reflects the shifter detent plate that is included)

Also, we have 4340 band anchor pins for $22 shipped.

Hey Brian,

Did you get my MO? Should be there by now.

Also... Are you going to include the detent bracket with mine also? ;)

Thanks

Don

Don,
Sorry, I have not seen anything from you as of now.
I will let you know if it arrives today...

Detent bracket

I just need a detent bracket. Would you sell just a detent bracket?

Yes I would.
$25 shipped.
Send me in mail for payment info.
Thanks, Brian

I am very interested in the trans brake, but what is involved for installation?
Do i have to tear into the trans at all?
How difficult is it to install? Also is this very hard on the transmission?
Thanks in advance

>The install should take 1-2 hours to complete depending on the installer. Not to difficult with common hand tools.
>You will have to drop the valvebody to install this.
>And is it hard on the trans?... no:eek: If you have a properly functioning, good condition trans to begin with, you SHOULD be fine. Although there is always an exception. (just trying to be honest)
HTH, Brian

do you still have these? & will they work the same with cloumn shift & as far as the the detent plate & column shift

I do have more brakes.
Unfortunatly, the detent plate will not work on a column shift car.
The plate goes under the factory console to limit travel of the shifter.
