Whats the most common stall that guys with T-400 trans are running with the GT-70/GT71 turbos? 3800-4000? or more?

Thanks Chris and Lonnie. I have a 9/11 on my 2004r w/ a T-70 BB in my 87gn , and wanted to put a 350 trans in my 84gn w/ a regular T-70 and thought that it would require a higher stall like 3800-4000 , i wouldnt need to go that high? and also was considering in case i ever go larger like a GT-76 or so.

Depends alot on your combo.. Like LD says as tight as possible, but not too tight where you can't spool up.. If you have an aftermarket ECU you can work around alot of the issues.

My combo will be: 9" ford rear w/350 gears, a level -10 rebuilt 350 trans w/ low first gear-just like the stock gns without overdrive , rebuilt block .030 over hypertectic pistons, 204/204 kb cam/lifters, hi-vol oil pump, champ ported irons , ported intake and exhaust headers, w/t&d roller rockers 1.55s ,70mm tb , T-70 turbo w/83 lb injectors , powerstroke front mount w /aluminum billy anderson radiator, LS-1 maf and trans +,extender chips.
