Standard Chip/Blocked EGR

Will I ever be able to tune my car with the EGR Port blocked with a chip that does not or has not been set up for it?

What symptoms will it demonstrate and how or what needs to be done to the chip or chips to help this problem?

if the EGR passage is blocked and the
chip is not programmed for it you may experience part throttle detonation.

Full throttle operation won't be affected.
