theres no test for steroids. first off there are countless versions of steroids. testosterone occurs naturally in every mans body. they can test for elevated levels but that doesn't hold much water either cause its ranges from 300-1000 or so.

and different diseases like diabetes and lyme disease just to name a couple will play a role in ones levels and if one has a script for it and they inject the day of the test they will spike so bottom line is its just not accurate and therefore rarely done.

we drug test at my job and they have never test for steroids for the above reasons just to name a few.

Here a cop let somebody burn to death in there car, because he didn't want to let a speeder go, same cop got fired for stealing naked pics of girls off there phones, if they started testing cops for steroids a lot of the problems would go away.

I've had countless opportunities to steal drug dealers money. shit, they don't even know how much money they have on them half the time but doing that makes me no different then them which is a low life scumbag!

fair point. that shit does tend to latch onto some much stronger then others. I've seen cops get injured in car accident and start takn pain pills (Oxy's) and turn into complete strangers. its all about them pills. buddy broke several bones in his face in a pursuit after smashing into some jerk who ran the red light.

in fact, I can remember sitting in the doctors office waiting for the doc to come back in and reading the poster on the back of the office door listing 10 things that ppl on drugs do and do u know anyone like this and I shit u not 7-10 listed fit my buddy like glove. I was like holy shit he's a junkie.

he ended up stealing money from the property room ($120) and got arrested and fired but actually beat the court case believe it or not but nonetheless he went from one of my closest buddys to someone I don't even speak with anymore.

and his teeth all rotted out. its common with pill poppers. it makes ur mouth dry and lacks saliva to fight bacteria and therefore enamel starts to fade then ur teeth have no protection. it was really bad.

People who are turned into junkies by a Dr I feel alot of compassion for , what people have to understand about these drugs is if you take them enough you will become physically addicted no matter what you do.

We're having a hell of time here in NH with heroin. A high percent of users are regular people that got hooked on prescription drugs doled out by dr's like candy. Once they lose all the options for the prescription drugs they head toward heroin. Dr's don't care, they get kick backs from the drug companies. Go in for back surgery, get hooked on drugs, turn to heroin, loose everything, loose life. More people are dying here OD'ing than car accidents.

yea doctors are partially to blame but ppl make choices to get high cause they like the feeling. some know and don't care wat it can and will do to u. there is enough info out there today to tell u taking them pills in excess will result in u being a junkie but ppl don't see pills as evil as str8 up heroin simply cause they were prescribed them but they know dam well wat it is and wat the risks are.

smokers are the same way. they are ALL aware of the risks and dangers that come with polluting ur lungs with toxic cancerous chemicals and the DEADLY health risks that come with it but ppl don't care cause they gotta have their cigarettes.... can't fix stupid I guess. its not like its 1940 and there is little no known health info on how dangerous it is. ppl are WELL aware but don't care..... thats on them just as those who take pills.

and the real irony is ppl actually PAY MONEY to suck them toxic chemicals into their lungs. again, can't fix stupid apparently..... at least with Heroin u get high from it but wtf do cigarettes do for you? nothing thats wat they do other then give u deadly diseases. lung caner has an 80% mortality rate with 5 years after being diagnosed. if that doesn't scare ppl str8 from stupid then nothn will apparently smh.

My mom went in for surgery, while in her room after surgery the nurse says to mom " why haven't you used the button" My mom i don't want to get hooked on that crap, give me non-narcotics for the pain and i'll deal with whatever it doesn't take care of.

I had a dental issue that had to wait 2 days. I told the doc Give me the strongest NON-narcotic you have and i'll deal with the rest.
I guess some pains are more intense than others but if you make a conscious effort when taking them most of the addictions can be avoided.

Growing up in the dumps makes It is easy for me to be addiction paranoid (i saw a lot of ugly stuff because of addiction) -- I am so paranoid about addiction that sometimes i feel like having a beer and i CHOSE not to have one just because..

If i could only get rid of the car addiction??????

Some people are just predisposed for addiction, while some choose or have to take meds for whatever medical reason and get hooked. My sister is a functioning addict and has been for years. She has ADHD and I've learned that these types of people are known to self medicate. I had major surgery 12 years ago for a broken neck and couldn't wait to stop taking that shit. They told me I would be taking pills for up to 6 months and maybe for life, but I stopped a month and a half after the surgery and haven't touched anything since. I saw so much stuff when I was in the automotive repair world that I could overload these servers.
