Steady Boost Level

How steady should my boost be? I’m just curious if it’s normal for the boost to jump around at full throttle. I’m trying to set the car up at about 25psi. Looking at the power logger, the boost builds up till about 4400rpm where it maxes out but it will jump around from 23 to 26. It’s not creeping up, it's jumping up and down. It’s a TE44 turbo with a heavy duty actuator and stock configuration vacuum lines.

Can you feel the power surging as it does this? Are you logging a/f? It won't be 100% steady but it shouldn't vary that much. Are you still using the factory boost solenoid in the circuit?

I dont feel it surging and i dont have a wideband O2 sensor. I am using the factory boost solenoid. I will post a power log file later this week after i make a full clean pass (without burnouts till 50mph :smile.
