anyone ever had a problem reusing billet mains on a diff. block? i have had 2 machine shops tell me there would be a bit of work involved due to the caps not registering correctly? i took one cap off and slid a billet one in and the was extra metal on one side of the main journal and not enough on the otherside? he said he would have to add metal? anyone run into this??????-he said to just use the girdle and that would be plenty!
