actually they do. You need to look on Ebay for a dash kit that has the "1/4DIN" EQ opening. I think Metra or American International made it. It will be an older kit but I am sure you can find it if you look.
As a reference the only 1/4 DIN EQ I can remember was the Kenwood.

Should be able to modify the Metra dash kit with EQ pocket thing. It's the 99-4544 multi-kit that contains it.
