stock turbo, need of rebuild, fan touches the surface of the housing by a hair when you push down on it and spin it but there are no edges or metal missing on fins, one bolt broken in exhaust housing and 1 broken stud that goes into the manifold, it comes with the original wastegate * INLET BELL NOT INCLUDED*
