stock 87 turbo

I have 2 stock 87 turbos and they need rebuilt. (Shaft play in both) Who do I send them to and what is the cost? Is it more cost effective to buy the upgrade turbos or can I have these freshened and save a little? I searched last night and could not find a vendor.
