Im still stuck playing video games and dreaming while my shoulder heals so I've bean thinking this one over: Running an LS swap that looks as much like and original 86/87 3.8 set up as possible- If a guy were to graft the upper intake off a GN to an aluminum LS intake, have some valve covers custom made, and whatever else you can think of to disguise the v8- turbo in correct location, stock heat shield, etc. I figure you could even use the stock vacuum block and coolant lines if you wanted. Done nicely, it would take a minute for the untrained eye to notice anything different under the hood and I think that would be an awesome thing. Anybody seen or done this sort of thing?

LS swap? I did that once. Took the LS out and installed a Buick LC2 V6 where the LS used to be. LS un-swap the world!
