Stock Chip?

New to GN world, was curious if I have a stock chip? Also the cooling fan will turn on for about 5 mintues after I turn off the ignition.

Camera wont take a pic that small, but it says in order.

That's the emissions recall chip issued by GM about 1991. There is a delay relay that runs the fan for up to 10 minutes after engine shutdown if the ac was on or if the overtemp sensor on top of the intake manifold gets too hot.

I recommend going to www.gnttype.org and reading everything over and over . Most concentrated source of info on these cars in existence.
