stock heads and headers?

With a very good port job, how far could the stock heads go in the 1/4(low 11's or even high 10's?). Are the stock headers good for those times as well?

Stock 8445 ported iron heads have been in the mid 9's and the stock headers have been proven to work into the low 10's (I'm sure a few guys have run in the 9's with them)......
