stock O2 sensor

Looking locally for the stock O2 sensor. I assume that's AC Delco. No one shows that brand but I did see a Delphi. Is AC Delco now Delphi? If not, is Bosch close enough to stock or should I keep looking?

I would get the DENSO unit, stay away from old tech (bosch) style.
