they worth using again? Car has 64,000 miles will be set up for 11.5.I will be doing an overhaul due to a spun bearing.
 
As long as your block doesn't need to be bored they would be fine for your goals.
 
Go forged, why use and old piston in a fresh hole, you are going to AT LEAST have it honed, yes?
 
64,000 miles I would reuse, they should not be hurt, just check them over good.
 
They should be re-usable for sure with such low miles. I tore my original motor down at 130,000, and thought everything would be out of tolerance. I was wrong, not only were the bores still inside factory specs for size, roundness and taper, but the pistons were still perfect also. The bearings looked almost perfect, but opted for new ones, and sized each with care.
Just make sure you measure everything carefully, or have a machinist do it for you, but the stock pistons are great for your goals.
